Conus textile Linnaeus, 1758
Distribution: Indo-West Pacific. In NSW, as far south as Solitary Islands, off Coffs Harbour. Synonymy: Conus textile osullivani Iredale, 1931 was applied to a specimen from Black Rock, Richmond River, on the basis that it was, at the time, the southern limit of the range.
